Kick off your month with Music Mondays, an open jam session happening every first Monday at Morrissey’s. Hosted by Sue Spencer, a lifelong musician rooted in Newfoundland and Irish folk who has played stages far and wide with Willowgreen and Eira, these sessions are open to everyone—whether you’re learning, rocking out, or classically trained.

Bring your instrument, your voice, or just your love of music, and join a welcoming, collaborative night where musicians of all levels come together to share tunes, try new ideas, and have fun.

Monthly on every last Friday

Get ready for a night of laughs at Morrissey’s All-Stars Comedy Showcase! Doors open at 7:30 PM, and the show kicks off at 8 PM. Tickets are just $10 for top-notch entertainment featuring a curated lineup of local comedians.

The evening is hosted by Alex Swalve of Craic Up Comedy, bringing his signature humor and energy to guide you through the night. This monthly comedy tradition happens on the last Friday of every month — next up: 10/24, followed by 11/28.
